Malbec Argentinian Steakhouse in Philadelphia

The food was incredibly good, and we had a great time. The steak was one of the best I've had in my life. Our waitress was very nice, and the atmosphere made you feel like you were really in Argentina.

Best Argentinian food I have tested so far, the Parillada was awesome, the Empanadas and the Bread pudding as well, everything was super tasty. The service was at another level, our server Brenda was super kind and super helpful, she helped us choose our food and she did not lie when she told us it was good. The prices where good, you actually pay for what you get. Great service and great food. Will be going there more often.

Busy, of course, but we didn't have reservations and they found a lovely table for us anyway. Great food, nice ambiance. Recommended!

Ribeye was great, I don't think I would get it with the blue cheese again because it overpowered the perfectly cooked steak. My better half liked the Branzino. Great ambiance and killer red wine list with prices between $37 and opulence. Will definitely be back.

Ended here on accident, but I enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly and attentive, even when it got busy. They have a great drink selection and interesting appetisers. Wish the menu had a bit more variety and something more unique. It felt a bit expensive for what it was as well.

The food is authentic , delicious, the service is great. The Owner and his family are very warm hearted , genuine people. It's a great place to be , fun, awesome food , beautiful music Argentine style. A taste of Argentina without having to leave Philadelphia PA. I recommend anyone to go and have a tanfastic superb time at Malbec.

Wonderful meal. We tried many dishes and enjoyed them all. My husband had the lobster ceviche-awesome! I do not usually care for ceviche but it was flavorful and delish. He also enjoyed the skirt steak, which was seared to perfection and tender. I had the Malbec chicken which was tender and the Malbec sauce so flavorful. Also, the serving was huge. Desert was tres leches cake and flan. We'd recommend both! Our waitress was attentive and very sweet.

One of the best meals I have had in Philadelphia! Restaurant had real authentic feel to it. The ambience made for a perfect restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Great drinks also!

A very enjoyable experience. Cozy atmosphere, great lighting. We had dinner at the bar, and the service was excellent. Our food was great: shrimp ceviche appetizer yummy, steak was very tender, sides - mushrooms, asparagus, mashed potatoes - all very good. Will go there again.

Happy hour is a good experience, especially if it's accompanied by a live tango performance. The entrees are priced are a bit more than what I would deem necessary. The tres leches for dessert is AMAZING

The food was delicious!! Our server Juan was amazing! He did a wonderful job serving me and my fiancee. One of chefs made a mistake with our order and the owner Walter was really accommodating and apologetic. He truly showed us that he cared and we really appreciated his outstanding costumer service.

Amazing service, food and atmosphere. Malbec is one of a kind and it shows. The food is cooked and served with love. The staff is magnificent and make Malbec the wonderful place that it is. The owner is amazing and puts a lot of effort along with love into making the place simply the best. I only wish the best for Malbec and want to see it succeed. Malbec deserves the best. If you want good food, over the top service and a quality dining experience, Malbec is your place.

This place has a cozy and welcoming feel to it. It has a happy ambiance! This is good for meeting with friends or for a date night. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And yet, the food here is the real star. For appetizers we tried the empanadas, the calamari, the lentil and chorizo soup. The empanadas were crispy and light. The sauce provided with them added the perfect bit of flavor and spice. The calamari were crispy. The soup was thin but flavorful, the chorizo was not spicy. For our main course we both the steak a la parrilla. The steaks were cooked perfectly, one rare and one medium. Lastly, we tried the tres leches cake and the Argentinian Flan. So good! Also, we got wine at their happy hour prices. All in all, this was a fantastic meal!

This place was so nice! My husband and I spent our anniversary here and dined outside. The chimichurri was amazing and the steaks were cooked perfect ! The hostess was amazing and put together a table for us outside even though she didn't have one out there. Our waitress was so patient when my husband could not make up his mind what he wanted to order. They also gave us a free anniversary dessert and decorated the plate to say happy anniversary!
